Model History

The R8 caused quite a sensation when it was released in 2007, and not only was it the first supercar from Audi, but it was incredibly successful with its timeless design and a fantastic drivetrain consisting of a high-revving V8 (later V10) and famous Quattro all-wheel-drive system. The appearance of the R8 made competitors very nervous since customers finally had the opportunity to buy a highly capable machine with AWD traction and Audi quality. That is why the first-gen R8 was an enormous success, with almost 30.000 examples made. This particular example is the 2014 model, which means it is a later and more desirable version that benefited from a slight restyle, better features, and refined mechanics. The power is provided by a 4.2-liter FSI V8 engine, which delivers 430 hp and sends them to all four wheels over a 7-speed S Tronic dual-clutch automatic transmission. This combo is capable of 4.2 seconds 0 to 100 km/h time and a top speed of just over 300 km/h, which puts the R8 into the supercar category.

Condition

With just 43,649 km on the odometer, this R8 is in ideal condition throughout. It was first delivered in late 2014 to its original owner in the Netherlands, and the current owners acquired it in 2021. This Audi R8 has never been used on the track, and regularly maintained with service records provided by the seller. Also, this example is completely stock, without any modifications or unnecessary add-ons. All factory equipment and features are present and functional. The last service, along with the oil change, was performed in late October 2022, and the brakes were overhauled in June 2023. Interior

Covered in matching black leather and Alcantara combination, the interior shows no signs of wear and has carbon fiber inserts as a part of the factory trim package. The seats have an optional heating function, and all systems (audio, infotainment, HVAC) are in perfect working condition. As part of the equipment list, it is worth mentioning that this R8 has cruise control, rain-sensing wipers, Bang and Olufsen audio system, auto-dimming mirrors, navigation, LED lighting, and a lot more.

Documentation

This pre-owned vehicle with appropriate documentation is located in the Netherlands. The CarFax report is clean, no legal problems exist.
