T\u00e4nu kompressori lisamisele andis \u00fcmbert\u00f6\u00f6deldud mootor n\u00fc\u00fcd 175-200 hobuj\u00f5udu ja suutis Type 57-i kiirendada \u00fcle 120 km\/h. Loomulikult olid S\/SC mudelid v\u00e4ga kallid ning algselt valmistas Bugatti vaid 43 Type 57 S mudelit ja vaid kaks Type 57 SC autot. Paljud T57 S-i omanikud paigaldasid aga p\u00e4rast tarnimist \u00fclelaadijad, et suurendada oma s\u00f5idukite j\u00f5udlust. 1936. aastal v\u00f5itis Bugatti Prantsuse Grand Prix&#8217;d konkreetse Type 57G &#8220;Tankiga&#8221;, mis kasutas palju suuremat, 4,7-liitrist mootorit ja aerod\u00fcnaamilist kere.<\/p>\n<p>Bugatti Type 57 lugu on aga t\u00e4ielik vaid kahe h\u00e4mmastava alamudeli mainimisega. Esimene neist on ammu kadunud Bugatti T57 Aerolithe, mis esitleti 1935. aastal.
