Chevrolet&#8217;i juhid lootsid meelitada ostjaid, kes soovisid p\u00f5nevat ja kaasahaaravat s\u00f5idukit, mida toetaks mainekas ja h\u00e4sti t\u00f5estatud kaubam\u00e4rk. Kuid nad ei osanud ette n\u00e4ha, et Bel Airiga panid nad aluse uuele s\u00f5idukit\u00fc\u00fcbile &#8211; muskelautole.<\/p><p> <\/p><h2>Esimene Chevrolet Bel Air<\/h2><p>Esialgu esitleti Bel Airi 1949. aastal kui Chevrolet&#8217; populaarsete Fleetline ja Styleline sedaanide suurendatud 2-ukseline k\u00f5vakatteline versioon. Lisaks 2-ukselistele kupeedele ja kabriolettidele olid olemas ka 4-ukselised sedaanid ja isegi universaalid. Lisaks oli autol s\u00f5ltumatu esivedrustus, mis oli tol ajal ebatavaline ja progressiivne.<\/p><p> <\/p><h2>Chevrolet Bel Airi teine p\u00f5lvkond<\/h2><p>1955. mudeliaastaks t\u00f5i Chevrolet v\u00e4lja eduka Bel Airi teise versiooni. M\u00f5nes m\u00f5ttes on see \u00fcks k\u00f5ige ikoonilisemaid Ameerika autosid, mida kunagi on tehtud, ja t\u00f5en\u00e4oliselt on v\u00f5imatu leida autohuvilist, kes seda ei tunneks. Lisaks atraktiivsele v\u00e4limusele kiideti uut autot ka selle j\u00f5udluse ja \u00fcldise juhitavuse eest.<\/p><p> <\/p><h2>Kolmanda p\u00f5lvkonna Chevrolet Bel Air<\/h2><p>1958. aastal, vaid kolm aastat p\u00e4rast populaarse teise p\u00f5lvkonna Bel Airi esitlemist, tuli Chevrolet v\u00e4lja selle asendajaga. <strong>Tulevane mudel oli oluliselt erinev ja sellel oli vaid m\u00f5ned sarnasused lahkuvaga<\/strong>.
