Eller med andre ord: Enhver bil, der skal konkurrere med Ferrari, Porsche eller McLaren, skal v\u00e6re perfekt. S\u00e5 lad os se, hvor godt Audi klarede sig i deres fors\u00f8g p\u00e5 dette bilsegment, som hedder R8.<\/p>\n<h2>Ideen bag Audi R8<\/h2>\n<p>Audi har altid v\u00e6ret gode til at lave en ulv i f\u00e5rekl\u00e6der ved at proppe en kraftig motor og avancerede drivlinjer ind i deres almindelige, lidt ucharmerende biler. <strong>Lad os starte med den legendariske Audi Quattro, som vendte op og ned p\u00e5 rallyverdenen<\/strong>. Bortset fra undervognen delte denne bil de fleste af sine komponenter med en Audi 80 sedan. Og det har de gjort lige siden med deres kraftfulde S- og endnu mere ekstreme RS-serie. For mange er det de bedste biler i deres klasse, og de overg\u00e5r nemt deres rivaler som BMW eller Mercedes. Ikke alene er de hurtige, men de er ogs\u00e5 nemme at styre under alle forhold i det virkelige liv.<\/p>\n<p>I bund og grund er alle disse biler langt hurtigere, end deres udseende antyder. Og en af dem er Lamborgini, som var i gang med at udvikle en helt ny model ved navn Gallardo. S\u00e5 det blev besluttet, at Audi skulle bruge Lambos nye chassis som udgangspunkt, give den et andet karrosseri og montere deres drivlinje. Og den resulterende model kommer til at hedde R8.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Audi R8&#8217;s f\u00f8rste generation<\/h2>\n<h3>Udseendet<\/h3>\n<p>Efter flere koncepter med lignende navne og former blev den f\u00f8rste generation af Audi R8, med kodenavnet Type 42, afsl\u00f8ret p\u00e5 biludstillingen i Paris i 2006. <strong>Og p\u00e5 trods af at den delte platform og det meste af det mekaniske understel med Lamborgini Gallardo, havde de to biler ingen visuelle ligheder<\/strong>. Mens den italienske bil var aggressiv og prangende, havde den tyske et mere subtilt og vedholdende design. Men R8 var helt anderledes end resten af Audi-serien, og den eneste lighed var fronten, som mindede lidt om TT&#8217;eren.<\/p>\n<p>Det omfattede en umiskendelig Audi-formet k\u00f8lergrill og forlygter med LED-striber, der bruges som k\u00f8relys. <strong>Med en lavt h\u00e6ngende motorhjelm og en skr\u00e5nende bagende blev R8&#8217;s silhuet bestemt af dens centermotorkonfiguration<\/strong>. Sidefiguren var domineret af unikt formede lufthuller, som Audi kaldte sideblades. Disse kunne lakeres forskelligt fra resten af bilen, hvilket var det mest popul\u00e6re valg og hurtigt blev R8&#8217;s varem\u00e6rke. Senere, i 2008, blev der introduceret en Spyder-version med en udtr\u00e6kkelig softtop. <strong>Denne version fik sin uofficielle genoplivning i den enormt popul\u00e6re Iron Mad 2-film, hvor den f\u00f8rste gang blev set af offentligheden<\/strong>. Bortset fra det manglende metaltag havde Spyder ikke de genkendelige sideblade-luftventiler, og br\u00e6ndstofd\u00f8ren var flyttet til en lavere position. Bortset fra det var de to biler stort set identiske. Endelig var R8 for det meste lavet af aluminium, mens nogle karrosseripaneler var af kulfiber, hvilket var med til at reducere v\u00e6gten.<\/p>\n<h3>Mekanikken<\/h3>\n<p>Da den blev introduceret, havde R8 en 4,2-liters V8 FSI-motor, som var l\u00e5nt fra en RS4 sedan, der var aktuel p\u00e5 det tidspunkt. Nogle af de vigtigste funktioner var blandt andet direkte br\u00e6ndstofindspr\u00f8jtning, variabel ventilstyring og en t\u00f8r sump i racerstil.  <strong>Takket v\u00e6re dette udviklede motoren 414 hestekr\u00e6fter og et drejningsmoment p\u00e5 430 Nm. Med den kunne R8 accelerere fra 0 til 100 p\u00e5 cirka 4 sekunder og havde en tophastighed p\u00e5 187 mph.<\/strong>. Den anden motor var en tilsvarende 5,2-liters V10, som oprindeligt blev udviklet af Audi til brug i Lamborgini Gallardo. Senere blev der tilf\u00f8jet en mere p\u00e5lidelig og brugervenlig 7-trins automatgearkasse med dobbeltkoblingsteknologi. <strong>Alle biler var udstyret med Audis Quattro-firehjulstr\u00e6k, som sikrede et suver\u00e6nt vejgreb under alle vejrforhold<\/strong>. Denne konfiguration ville udm\u00e6rke sig p\u00e5 glatte veje, hvor den kunne udnytte kr\u00e6fterne mere effektivt end sine baghjulstrukne rivaler. Men kraftoverf\u00f8rslen i R8 var st\u00e6rkt forsp\u00e6ndt til bagenden, hvilket gav den en tendens til at overstyre, n\u00e5r den blev presset til det yderste. Alligevel var det let at kontrollere, hvilket gjorde bilen adr\u00e6t og pr\u00e6cis gennem hurtige og sn\u00e6vre sving.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<h2>Anden generation af Audi R8<\/h2>\n<p>Efter at den f\u00f8rste generation af Audis superbil havde eksisteret i ni \u00e5r, blev dens efterf\u00f8lger endelig introduceret i 2015. Den nye R8, med kodenavnet 4S, blev fuldst\u00e6ndig omarbejdet fra bunden og delte platform med Lamborghini Hurac\u00e1n. Men p\u00e5 trods af dette har dens overordnede form og design ikke \u00e6ndret sig v\u00e6sentligt, hvilket ikke var en overraskelse, n\u00e5r man t\u00e6nker p\u00e5, hvor godt den oprindelige bil blev modtaget.
