Selv om Maserati har brugt Ghibli-navnet to gange mere (til 90&#8217;ernes coup\u00e9 og til den nuv\u00e6rende sedan), vil Ghibli for \u00e6gte bilkyndige altid v\u00e6re en elegant coup\u00e9 fra slutningen af 60&#8217;erne med en tordnende V8 og et uds\u00f8gt interi\u00f8r. I dag vil vi fort\u00e6lle dig mere om denne utrolige bil, og hvorfor den er s\u00e5 v\u00e6rdifuld.  <\/p>\n<p>N\u00e5r vi kigger i historieb\u00f8gerne, vil vi opdage, at Maserati (sammen med Alfa Romeo) var det oprindelige italienske sports- og racerbilm\u00e6rke, der blev etableret i 1914. I den f\u00f8rste del af sin historie koncentrerede Maserati sig kun om racerbiler, men efter Anden Verdenskrig gik firmaet ind p\u00e5 sportsvognsmarkedet med adskillige GT-modeller.  <b>I begyndelsen af 60&#8217;erne besluttede Maserati at stoppe med at lave racerbiler, da konkurrence p\u00e5 det tidspunkt viste sig at v\u00e6re et ekstremt dyrt foretagende, og virksomheden var aldrig \u00f8konomisk stabil<\/b>. I stedet besluttede de sig for kun at koncentrere sig om markedet for landevejsbiler og overraskede bilverdenen med lanceringen af en luksus-sedan, Quattroporte, i 1963. I midten af 60&#8217;erne blev situationen p\u00e5 markedet imidlertid mere kompliceret, og Maserati blev angrebet af flere konkurrenter. Ferrari er det f\u00f8rste navn p\u00e5 denne liste. Vi m\u00e5 dog ikke glemme den nyetablerede Lamborghini med 350\/400 GT og Miura, Iso Rivolta med den fantastiske Grifo coup\u00e9, Bizzarinni med 5300 Strada eller De Tomaso, der var ved at g\u00f8re sig klar til at introducere den storsl\u00e5ede Mangusta. Efter et kort ophold hos Bertone arbejdede den unge og allerede legendariske Giorgetto Giugiaro for Ghia og fik til opgave at designe en ny sportsvogn fra Maserati. Det var et match made in heaven, da de linjer, som Ghibli fik, var nogle af hans bedste v\u00e6rker og gjorde denne bil \u00f8jeblikkeligt genkendelig blandt alle andre fantastiske biler fra den tid. Den kileformede front var meget moderne i midten af 60&#8217;erne sammen med skjulte forlygter. Den nye Ghibli ser mere moderne ud end noget andet, der kommer fra Maranello, og mere komfortabel og praktisk end nogen anden italiensk superbil i \u00f8jeblikket. Under den lange k\u00f8lerhjelm leverer en quad-cam V8-motor med 4,7-liters slagvolumen 310 hk.  <b>Motoren var direkte forbundet med Maseratis racerdage, da den var afledt af en racermotor og havde et t\u00f8rresump-sm\u00f8resystem.  <\/b>Resten af Ghibli&#8217;s drivlinje er stort set standard med 5-trins ZF-manuel gearkasse (3-trins automatgear var et ekstraudstyr) og en drivaksel bagtil. Magnesiumf\u00e6lge var standard, og der blev ogs\u00e5 tilbudt Borrani tr\u00e5df\u00e6lge. De officielle pr\u00e6stationsdata angav 6,8 sekunder til 60 mph og en topfart p\u00e5 155 mph. Folk som Jean-Paul Belmondo, Wilt Chamberlain, Sammy Davis Jr. og Peter Sellers blev de stolte ejere af den nye italienske GT. Pressen roste dens stabilitet ved h\u00f8je hastigheder, komfort og k\u00f8rselsdynamik. Ghibli var rimeligt dyr, men stadig betydeligt billigere end Lamborghini Miura, for eksempel. <b>Ejerne blev positivt overrasket over, at den p\u00e5 grund af konventionel teknologi og gennempr\u00f8vede komponenter var ret p\u00e5lidelig og bestemt mere p\u00e5lidelig end den gennemsnitlige italienske sportsvogn fra den periode<\/b>. Det hjalp med at barbere et par tiendedele af et sekund fra accelerationstiderne, men forbedrede topfarten betydeligt til 174 mph, hvilket g\u00f8r den til den hurtigste Maserati, der nogensinde er blevet fremstillet til brug p\u00e5 landevejen. For at im\u00f8dekomme \u00f8nsket om en version med \u00e5ben tag introducerede Maserati ogs\u00e5 Spyder, som kunne f\u00e5s med en aftagelig hard top som ekstraudstyr. Ghibli Spyder kunne f\u00e5s med en standard 4,7-liters V8-motor eller med en SS-motor.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-290bc39 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"290bc39\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-26aa5eb\" data-id=\"26aa5eb\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-76afdd3 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"76afdd3\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Selv om Ghibli var stabilt popul\u00e6r og solgte rimeligt godt, besluttede Maserati i 1973 at tr\u00e6kke stikket ud og oph\u00f8rte med at s\u00e6lge denne fantastiske model. P\u00e5 bare seks \u00e5r blev der produceret 1170 coup\u00e9er og kun 125 Spyders, b\u00e5de i standard- og SS-udgave.  <b>Selv om disse tal ikke lyder imponerende i dag, skal det siges, at Ghibli form\u00e5ede at s\u00e6lge mere end n\u00e6sten alle sine rivaler (Lamborghini Miura, Iso Grifo, De Tomaso Mangusta), og kun Ferrari Daytona havde lignende produktionstal<\/b>. Men med sin charme og anvendelighed i hverdagen er Ghibli et godt eksempel p\u00e5 en veludf\u00f8rt, fuldblods GT-model, der er designet til at springe over kontinenter med h\u00f8j fart.
